Current Week Objectives:  To try another attempt to reach out to Jared for more information, so that we know which direction to take the project in.  To have our next team meeting and discuss the project further.

Past Week Accomplishments/Hours Worked:  This past week, we had a meeting in which we discussed some possible aspects of the project, such as: design, utilities to use, content, and color.  Sam also sent Jared a second follow-up email asking him for some information regarding the website.  We are still awaiting a response from him.  APPROX. TOTAL HOURS: 10 hours

Issues and Concerns:  As of this moment, there are no issues or concerns with any team members or areas of the project.

Current Week Objectives:  To have a meeting discussing the possible design templates for the website.  To send a follow-up email reaching out to Jared.  We want to focus on the actual design of the website; we can focus on the color scheme afterwards, as that will be easy to apply to our design.

Status Report: Week of 2/8/2014 (with KanbanFlow)

Status Report #2: Week of 2/8/2014


Current Week Objectives:  To discuss the design of the website, and begin to gather information needed to populate the site.  To toss around ideas as per the direction of the site and where we want to take it.  To have a follow-up meeting to discuss the details of the project and where each person stands.

Current Week Accomplishments/Hours Worked:  Over this past week we ran into a few complications due to the ice storm that came through.  A few of us did not have power for a few days, but we were able to accomplish the following:  Project Plan has been continued to be updated by Frankie, Nick has continued to make more progress with his designs for the website, Sam completed and posted the Domain Research Document, and I updated our Kanban Board.

Issues and Concerns:  As of this moment, there are no issues or concerns with any team members or areas of the project.

Status Report: Week of 2/1/2014 (with KanbanFlow)

Status Report #1: Week of 2/1/2014


Current Week Objectives:  To have a preliminary group meeting to lay out the best meeting times for  the group and to determine as a team how to begin the assignment.  To create a Project Plan as well as a KanbanBoard to illustrate our tasks and project flow.

Current Week Accomplishments/Hours Worked:  This past week I was able to create a Google Drive folder for the team and have everyone fill in their contact information.  We also began to talk on the discussion forum about the best way to go about the project.  I also created a KanbanBoard and Project Plan to depict the various tasks at hand and to keep track of our progress.  Nick worked on creating initial prototypes, while Samantha began the domain research.  Frankie will be in charge of keeping the project plan up to date, I will manage the KanbanBoard, and Dave will manage the blog itself.  Total hours worked is around 10 hours.
